Practical Training

The trainees are then evaluated on an individual basis using the machine in a reasonably challenging course environment. As soon as the evaluation is finished, the trainees are de-briefed and given the opportunity to address whichever problems they might have regarding whatever part of the course. Each employer of a successful trainee would be sent the official documents and records soon after the course has been finished.
